Dear incoming students,

the Fact Sheet for the academic year 2023/2024 is here - KEY DATA VELERI.

Here you can also find the Student Guide of the Polytechnic of Rijeka - POLYTECHNIC OF RIJEKA STUDENT GUIDE 2022!

This guide will provide you with the most important information on studying at our Polytechnic. We believe that you will find a lot of useful information in it.

The new academic year 2023/2024 begins on October 2nd. A Welcome day for all incoming students will be organised on 03/10/2023 (address: Vukovarska 58, Rijeka). You will be informed about the exact time at the end of September via email.

Lectures are being organised in the form of personal consultancies with teachers of selected courses, according to your personal agreement with them. You will be provided with information on professors (their names, email contacts, and office numbers) and other useful information upon your arrival at Rijeka.

Our Erasmus coordinator and Buddies will help you with the arrival procedures, formalities and paperwork. Through the Buddy project, incoming students get in touch with other students from the Polytechnic of Rijeka. They will help international students adapt to the new context and find their way in the Polytechnic of Rijeka's community.

We strongly recommend that you connect to the Erasmus Student Network - ESN Rijeka. Their representative will also join us on the Welcome day to present all the advantages of this network. ESN Rijeka aims to help international students with integration into Croatian culture and to help them with language and social life.

Welcome to the Polytechnic of Rijeka!

Students are invited to send all required information (name and surname, home institution, study programme, course and year of study) to the e-mail address mobility@veleri.hr, in order to receive the feedback information and needed support in the continuation of their studies.

The same e-mail address can be used by experts operating within fields relevant to study programmes performed at the Polytechnic of Rijeka to determine the possibility, modality and scope of eventual cooperation in the educational process.
Information in English about our study programmes can be found here.
