At this course, you will acquire knowledge about the production and processing of Mediterranean cultures through a whole range of interesting and attractive subjects, and you will acquire skills through lots of practice. You will refine your knowledge and skills with study trips, visits to well-known agricultural producers and fairs in Croatia and beyond. And like honey at the end, you will learn a lot about beekeeping and animal husbandry, production of olives and olive oil, grapes and wine, vegetables and fruits, aromatic plants and their extracts.

- Prepare plant nutrition models
- Implement pomotechnical and ampelotechnical measures
- Design measures to protect plants from pests
- Choose an irrigation model adapted to a particular culture
- Apply equipment and plants in the processing of agricultural products
- Apply wine production technology
- Apply virgin olive oil production technology
- Select the appropriate method of processing and preserving plant and animal products
- Assess the quality of agricultural products based on chemical and sensory characteristics
- Organize the activities of an agricultural farm in accordance with the normative acts
- Prepare a plan for the organization of technological processes in agricultural production
- Design activities for the presentation, marketing, and distribution of agricultural products
